Tahe Marine Lifestyle 500 Sea Kayak

The Lifestyle 500 PE was the second PE kayak in the Tahe Marine range for the 2010 season. It is the biggest volume PE kayak in the series. The deck is equipped with 3 hatches – one oval, one round and one day-hatch in order to easily pack your gear for a weekend trip. The hull design is based on great initial stability in order for it to be an excellent family kayak to suit paddlers of different skills. The hard chine and the long waterline on this kayak hull design allows the paddler to easily increase and maintain speed.

The Lifestyle 500 PE is also designed for easy entry, due to the biggest cockpit size in the Tahe Marine portfolio. This kayak comes equipped with a rudder as standard.

The customers who choose their kayak from the Lifestyle series will be most pleasantly surprised. With the oversized cockpits and increased stability, some may think these are just meant for beginners, but our design team has far exceeded expectations. Though these kayaks are extremely stable, they have exceptional handling and a surprising amount of speed.

Dylan on a Jester Surf Ski

The kids are certainly growing up and getting better at paddling! It's almost impossible now for me to keep up to Dylan on the Jester while paddling a sit on top kayak, something he's quite happy about! ;)
